14 Health Benefits For Taking Activated Zeolite Or Immune Detox

By Paul Fitzgerald

Activated Liquid Zeolite’’s key health benefits. There are 14 key reasons why liquid zeolite is claimed to be such a unique and extraordinary food supplement:

1. Extremely safe and non-toxic: Extremely safe and on-toxic: liquid zeolite is completely natural and 100% non-toxic. It is totally eliminated from the body after 5 to 7 hours. Liquid zeolite has been safely used by pregnant women, nursing mothers and small children. Also safe to take with most medication, but always check with your doctor first.

2. Removes heavy metals: Liquid zeolite has the perfect molecular structure for capturing and removing heavy metals from the body, including mercury, cadmium, lead, arsenic, aluminium, tin and excess iron. It also removes radioactive metals like cesium and Strontium-90. The process begins immediately and takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

3. Removes pesticides, herbicides and dioxins: Although liquid zeolite is unable to remove these directly due to their negative or neutral charge, by reducing the toxic load to the liver, liver-induced glucuronidation, their main means of removal, is increased. As these chemicals are prime candidates for triggering cancer and disrupting hormone balances, even in low levels, it is very important that they are removed from the body as quickly as possible.

4. Reduces viral load: And once the heavy metal concentrations have been reduced, the zeolite latches on to viral pieces or components. Because viruses replicate by first manufacturing viral components and then assembling them into a complete virus, liquid zeolite, in essence, removes parts from the assembly line and blocks viral replication.

5. Reduces absorption of nitrosamines: Nitrosamines (or nitrates) are most commonly found in processed meats, and have been linked to pancreatic, stomach and colon cancer, as well as to Type II diabetes. Liquid zeolite captures nitrosamines in the digestive tract before they can be absorbed.

6. Helps buffer body pH to a healthy alkalinity: A slightly alkaline body pH (7.35 - 7.45) is essential for good health and optimal immune function. Liquid zeolite attracts and then buffers excess protons which cause acidity and in this way can help many conditions from acid reflux to Candida and arthritis.

7. Helps to buffer blood sugar: in the same way that liquid zeolite can buffer excess protons and thus help balance body pH, it can also buffer excess glucose by its negative charge and therefore helps reduce blood sugar spikes.

8. Helps reduce cancer risk: Evidence is accumulating that liquid zeolite not only removes toxins that can cause cancer (75% or more of cancers may be toxin-related), but can also destroy cancer cells directly by triggering the P-21 tumor repressor gene. [N.B. This does not mean that liquid zeolite is a cancer treatment per se, but rather that it is a useful supplement to integrate into a treatment program.]

9. Improves nutrient absorption: In the gastro-intestinal tract, the presence of liquid zeolite increases nutrient absorption and helps promote healthy gut microorganisms, decreasing the likelihood of stomach flus and infections.

10. Acts as a powerful antioxidant: The cage-like structure of liquid zeolite also traps free radical molecules, making it an effective antioxidant. [N.B. This does not mean that liquid zeolite is a substitute for more conventional antioxidants such as Vitamins C, E and A, lutein and selenium, all of which have other vital roles to play in the body.]

11. Reduces symptoms of allergies: Liquid zeolite captures some of the allergens and antigens that trigger allergies, migraines, and asthma, and helps to reduce symptoms.

12. Increases immune system function: Liquid zeolite does not stimulate the immune system, but allows it to function optimally by removing toxins, viruses, yeasts, bacteria and fungi which can depress immune function and interfere with hormones. Many people report feeling increased energy, clarity and vitality.

13. Helps prevent premature aging: Many people age prematurely due to a build-up of toxins which interferes with optimal metabolic function and cellular repair. By using it to remove this toxic overload, the body’’s normal repair and regeneration mechanisms are free to work efficiently.

14. Extremely easy and pleasant to take: Most serious detox solutions are difficult to take (many are injected or given as an enema, or must be taken away from meals), taste unpleasant, and can leave a person feeling drained because they indiscriminately remove healthy metal ions as well. By contrast, liquid zeolite is a small bottle of tasteless liquid that can be taken with or without food and that removes only unhealthy ions.

Greek pies are very popular because they are very diverse. Their diversity stems from the fact that any ingredient can be used to make a Greek pie.

The one thing all Greek pie recipes have in common is the phyllo. The phyllo dough is what is used to cover the top and the bottom of the filling and give the pie shape. Even though ingredients for the filling vary from recipe to recipe the phyllo is a constant that remains the same.

Today there are two kinds of phyllo. The kind that can be prepared from scratch and the one that can be purchased ready and frozen from most grocery stores in the world. There are several phyllo making methods, easier and other which require a bit more effort.

One of the most popular types of Greek pies is the cheese pie, known as the tiropita. Then the second most popular type of Greek pies is the one made with spinach, the spanakopita.

Cheese and spinach pies are the most popular Greek pies. However, there are several other great recipes in such as Vegetable and Meat pies. Vegetable and meat pies have not gained the international recognition both spinach and cheese pies have gained.

After that you can try making your own phyllo. Every Greek pie recipe can include directions for preparing the phyllo. However each recipe requires its own particular phyllo.

One thing to keep in mind when working with store bought phyllo is that it’’s frozen. For best results let it thaw out naturally. Don”t place the package in water, don”t use a microwave just leave it overnight.

A Beginners Guide To Seasonings

By Patrik Karlsson

In this article I will try to explain what seasonings are and what the difference is between seasonings and condiments. Seasonings are a big part of our lives. I mean, how would the food that we are eating every day, taste without seasonings? Not so much, I guess…

To make food that taste good, you will need to use seasonings. Seasonings are a mix of different kind of herbs, spices and condiments that is put together and used to flavour the food. However, to be more precise in definition, seasoning and flavouring the food is not the same thing. According to the experts, salt does not have any seasoning qualities. The only thing salt does is to boost the flavour of the food you are making. But, because pepper and basil transfer a certain flavour to the food you are cooking, they do have the right quality to be accepted as seasonings.

As you are probably aware of, seasoning is very common in our kitchen and in restaurant kitchens. The difference between having a success and catastrophe, when making a meal or a dish, very often depends of having the right seasonings to flavour the food. But, how do you do that? Well, first and most important, you need to know what kind of herbs and spices harmonizing with each other. There are a lot of different herbs and spices you have to choose from, and only with some reading and testing, you will find out what works and not.

Another important fact that you should be aware of, is that the time when you add the spices and herbs in the food, is very important. You don”t want to add the spices and herbs too early in the cooking process, because there is a chance that the flavour will disappear. On the other hand, if you but in to late, the flavour may be to strong and destroying the food. There is a balance you need to achieve, if you want to make a perfect tasting meal.

According to the experts, seasoning and condiments is not the same thing. The difference is not very clear, but a simple explanation would be this:

Seasonings are placed together into four categories
1. Saline seasonings (t ex. Salt)
2. Acid seasonings (relies on vinegar or citric juices)
3. Hot seasonings (relies on paprika, curry, cayenne pepper or pepper spices)
4. Saccharine seasonings (relies on sugar and honey)

Condiments, on the other hand, can be pungent like onion and garlic; they can be hot like mustard, capers, chilli, or fatty like butter, animal and vegetable fats or greases.

The difference between condiments and seasonings is not well known by most people. But, most people know what kind of flavour they like and how to put together the seasonings to get it right when cooking. And since there’’s a lot of mixes of seasonings or condiments that is produce now days by companies, there is no need to make the mixes yourself. However, to make the mixes yourself is not that hard to do, and the result will hopefully be so much better.

Looking Rich On Your Dinner Table

By Anna Stenning

If you are not a millionaire or financially successful, then the thought of spending thousands or even millions of pounds on a new tableware set is something that you will not have come across. However, in recent times those who can afford a solid gold plated cutlery set and real crystal glassware sets are putting up an impressive million pound spread, all in the name of having the best dinner party.

There used to be a time where selecting tableware was simply mixing and matching dinner sets with your placemats and tablecloth, however, manufacturers have introduced new fashionable items that include much more than just simple sets and designs. There is more to consider in terms of putting on a good table setting, which have intricate or custom designs that give way a glimpse of your personality and your own individual taste.

Japanese jeweller Ginza Tanaka has recently begun selling a thirteen piece tableware set for a million dollars - what is it about this tableware set that makes it worth a million dollars? The sets offered include chopsticks, goblets, plates and cutlery which have all been engraved dragons. The sets are aimed at the Chinese market, where (despite economic slowdown) people have shown a an interest in buying sets that are designed to resemble luxury at the dinner table. Tanaka has also designed gold products such as gold bath tubs and gold bathing suits, adding a touch of class in households.

However is it necessary to spend so much money on dinnerware sets? How important is it to make such an impression over a dinner party? There is no universal answer apart from it is up to the individual. Those who can afford it, will be able to put up a million dollar spread, however, most of us normal 9 to 5 workers would much rather put up a spread of no more than fifty to a hundred pounds. In hindsight having luxurious sets are rarely seen in normal party situations and mostly on special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, graduation days etc.

There are ways of looking like you are putting up a million dollar/pound spread without actually spending out a hefty amount. Simple steps such as using plain and neutral coloured tablecloths can be bought for cheap and if you are a dab hand at needlecrafts or designing then why not customise this with your own creative inspiration. Place mats can be bought cheap in pound shops or in any major supermarket, these do not have to anything fancy, as long as it does not clash with the rest of the set and does what it is meant to do - protecting the tablecloth.

Dinner sets and glassware are probably the most expensive of the tableware setting. But even these can be bought without breaking the bank, by keeping it simple again. If you are not going to use a dipped fine china soup ladle then why buy it? Buy the things that you are likely to use again, such as plates, soup bowls, dessert bowls, saucers, cutlery etc. Glassware does not need to be made of the finest crystal material, but large tumbler sets or simple glass sets with little or no designs are much more effective in impressing people with even the most discerning tastes. Simplicity goes a long way; this puts the focus on the food where it should be.
