It is hard to figure out what is the best thing for each of us. At times some of the promises of products seem too good to be true. The xanthones and the derivatives of the mangosteen fruit have several different benefits. This includes health benefits of helping anti-inflammation, helping with allergies and additional benefits. The mangosteen fruit also contains a number of strong antioxidants. Antioxidants help prevent or reduce oxidation. This helps with preventing cell damage which in turn helps with premature aging and several other diseases.

One of the things that makes the mangosteen fruit very unique is that often with fruits we peel them and throw away the peel and eat the fruit. With the mangosteen fruit the portion of the fruit that is known to have the most nutrients is the rind which is known as the exocarp. It is definitely something you wouldn”t eat, but when mixed in with a blend it is something that you would want in your diet to help with the health benefits.
